Register with us as a client to download the App and start conversations at the touch of a button, giving you the ability to connect there and then.

Our Video Relay Service enables Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals to reach out to their hearing peers in real time via a qualified British Sign Language Interpreter - using our technology.

Instant access to communication is made possible through our InSignLanguage App. So, instead of spending time trying to find an interpreter, which can often take weeks, give us a call and use the services of an experienced interpreter within minutes.

Our App can be downloaded on both IOS and Android devices. All you need is a reliable internet connection and you’re good to go!

What are your Service Costs?

We work with various clients who have different budgets and funding streams available to them. For example, one of them is the UK Government’s ‘Access to Work’ scheme. Do you book Qualified Interpreters?

Without a doubt!

Our interpreters are experienced professionals who are either Qualified RSLI interpreters or Trainee interpreters working toward qualification.  Many have grown up with sign language as their first language.

All are registered with the appropriate boards.

When can I use the services?

Our service is in the United Kingdom. The InSignLanguage App is initially available Monday to Friday from 08:00 – 18:00 however we will soon be rolling out a 24-hour service to meet customer demand. Keep an eye out!

Are the Video Calls recorded?

Yes, as part of our aim is to deliver a high-quality service, we find it useful to record all calls and keep them for a minimum of six months. This helps us to improve our service. Recordings may also be reviewed in the event of a dispute. All recordings are subject to UK Data Protection law.
