Our booking process is designed to provide Approved Organisations with a seamless, efficient, and secure system for scheduling Interpreter/Translator services through multiple channels. We ensure 24/7 availability, adherence to security standards, and a commitment to delivering value for money while maintaining high service quality. 

Ordering an Interpreter/Translator 
Approved Organisations can book an Interpreter/Translator via the following methods: 

  1. Telephone Booking: Organisations can contact our dedicated non-premium rate number, accessible 24/7, to request an Interpreter/Translator. Our customer service team will confirm availability and provide booking confirmation. 

  2. Email Booking: Requests can be sent via email to a dedicated address. A confirmation response, including details of the assigned Interpreter/Translator, will be provided promptly. 

  3. Secure Online Portal: Organisations can log in to our encrypted portal to submit and manage bookings. The portal offers real-time availability checks, booking history tracking, and automated confirmations. 

  4. Web-Based Order Form: Our user-friendly web form allows quick service requests. Upon submission, our system generates an automated response with a reference number and service details. 

All bookings are assigned a unique reference number and confirmation is sent to the Approved Organisation, including the Interpreter/Translator’s details and appointment specifics. 

Managing System Downtime 
To mitigate potential downtime, we have robust contingency plans in place:
