Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer (COO), I work closely with our CEO, Liz, and the wider ISL team to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company. My role acts as a vital bridge between the executive team and departmental leads—designing and implementing strategies, setting performance and growth targets, and fostering a culture of accountability, dedication, and high performance across the organisation.

 

With a background in nursing, DeafBlind interpreting, and people management, I bring a unique blend of empathy, leadership, and operational insight to the role. My decade-long experience as a trainer at Starbucks has shaped my approach to team development, embedding high training standards and a commitment to continuous improvement. 


I am passionate about supporting colleagues in upskilling and professional growth, contributing to a motivated and capable workforce. My attention to detail and focus on quality ensure consistently high service delivery and a strong commitment to operational excellence.
