What we provide

Interview and Onboarding Support

We provide communication support for deaf candidates during interviews and as they begin new roles, ensuring a smooth transition and equal opportunity for success.

CSI Application and Access to Work Guidance

Our team assists with completing CSI and Access to Work applications, streamlining the process for both candidates and advisors.

Video Relay Service (VRS) Integration

While Jobcentre Plus and Council already has a VRS contract, we offer additional support for situations where immediate or specialized assistance is required.

Deaf Awareness Training

We deliver deaf awareness sessions for employers and job centers, helping to create inclusive workplaces and improve communication with deaf employees.

Peer Support and CV Preparation

Our deaf professionals provide peer mentoring, CV polishing, and interview preparation, reducing the workload for advisors and improving candidate outcomes.

The Referral Process

Advisors can use our streamlined online booking form to refer candidates for any of our services, making the process efficient and transparent.
