We strive to support all users, including people with:

  • visual, auditory, mobility, cognitive or neurological disabilities

  • temporary impairments

  • assistive technology needs

Compliance Status

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, due to the non‑accessible content listed below.

How Accessible This Website Is

Most pages on this website are fully accessible, but some issues remain which we are working to resolve.

We know that some parts may not be fully accessible:

  • Some older PDFs and documents may not be fully tagged or screen‑reader friendly

  • Some older videos may not yet include captions or BSL versions

  • Some third‑party embeds or widgets may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA requirements

We are actively working to resolve these issues.

Non‑Accessible Content

1. Non‑compliance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA

The following items do not yet meet accessibility standards:

  • Some legacy PDFs and documents are not fully structured for assistive technologies (fails WCAG 1.3.1, 4.1.2)

  • Older videos do not include captions or BSL translation (fails WCAG 1.2.2, 1.2.5)

  • Some embedded third‑party widgets may not support full keyboard navigation (fails WCAG 2.1.1)

2. Content Exempt from Regulations

  • Third‑party services or tools embedded in our pages that are not under our control

3. Disproportionate Burden

  • At present, we have not declared any accessibility issues as a disproportionate burden. Older content is being updated as part of scheduled improvements.
