CV & Interview Preparation
We ensure your CV reflects your strengths and aligns with your career aspirations. Our experts will polish your CV to make it stand out to employers. Additionally, we offer mock interviews and coaching to help you prepare for real-world scenarios, boosting your confidence and readiness.

VRS & Scheduling Assistance
We take care of the logistics so you can focus on your goals. This includes booking appointments, coordinating interviews, and arranging meetings with potential employers. You’ll also have access to Video Relay Service (VRS) minutes and interpreter support to ensure smooth communication during interviews and consultations.
Career Network – Terms and Conditions
1. Service Overview
The Career Network is provided by InSignLanguage Ltd, supporting Deaf, Deafblind, and Hard of Hearing individuals in their employment journey. Services include:

Career coaching and mentoring

Job matching and CV support

Interview preparation and interpreter bookings

Access to Video Relay Service (VRS) and Face-to-Face interpreting

Guidance on Access to Work (AtW) applications

Ongoing support after employment
2. Eligibility
You can use the service if you are:

Deaf, Deafblind, or Hard of Hearing

Aged 16+ and eligible to work in the UK
-
Funded by Access to Work (AtW) or approved as a private client

An employer seeking inclusive recruitment
3. Registration & Agreement
By registering, you agree to:

Use services professionally and responsibly
-
Submit AtW claims monthly and on time
-
Allow InSignLanguage Ltd to assist with AtW administration

Keep your personal details up to date
4. Booking & Use of Services

Book via our website, app, or email: bookings@insignlanguage.co.uk
-
VRS is available during set hours for work-related calls
-
Face-to-Face interpreting must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance
-
Interpreter support depends on availability and funding
5. Payment & Funding
-
AtW funding covers most service costs
-
Extra costs not covered by AtW must be paid by you
-
Private clients must pay invoices as agreed
6. Cancellation Policy
For Face-to-Face interpreting:

Cancel ≤ 7 working days → Full charge

Cancel 8–15 working days → 50% charge
-
Cancel > 15 working days → No charge
7. Data Protection
We follow UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018:

Your data is secure and confidential

Used only for service delivery

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data
8. Service Limitations

We do not guarantee job placement

Some services may be time-limited or depend on external funding

Technical issues may occasionally affect service delivery

9. User Responsibilities
You must:

Attend appointments professionally

Notify us of cancellations (ideally 24+ hours in advance)

Provide accurate information

Treat staff and other users respectfully
Misuse (e.g., false info, abuse of services, harassment) may result in suspension or termination.

11. Changes to Terms
