Please note that it is necessary to provide interpreters with preparation materials to ensure they can deliver the best possible service.

Events lasting more than one hour typically require two interpreters to ensure accuracy and interpreter well-being. For larger events, such as conferences, a team of interpreters may be necessary to provide seamless communication throughout.

I understand that InSignLanguage requires a minimum of two weeks’ notice to secure interpreters for the requested date. I also understand that while earlier bookings may be accepted, short‑notice bookings cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on interpreter availability and may incur higher fees.
