Key Statistics

Identify a solution for improving communications between service personnel and Deaf employees ordering beverages.

ING engaged InSign based on over 8 years of delivering workshops & services, to provide documentation creation and Deaf awareness training to services staff and barristers enabling them to understand basic signs for greetings and ordering off the menu at the ING café offers.

Additionally, staff were also taught how to order a coffee in sign language, once learned to sign, the company gave the coffee for free.
