Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR/VPAT)

Retired 8 September 2026. This Accessibility Conformance Report stated a conformance position that had not been tested, and has been withdrawn. An independent WCAG 2.2 AA audit is being commissioned and its report will replace it. See our Accessibility Statement for our current position.

This document has been retired. It was withdrawn on 8 September 2026 and should not be relied on.

Why

An Accessibility Conformance Report states the results of accessibility testing. This one set out a conformance position across 56 success criteria before that testing had been carried out, and its own text described the criteria table as a placeholder. Its target dates for an independent audit and for remediation have passed.

We would rather withdraw it than leave a conformance claim in circulation that we cannot evidence, particularly where procurement teams rely on these reports when deciding whether a service can be used by their staff and the people they serve.

What replaces it

We are commissioning an independent WCAG 2.2 Level AA audit of our website, booking platform, video relay application, staff portal, iOS and Android applications and client documents. The Accessibility Conformance Report will be produced by the organisation that carries out the testing, and published here when it is complete.

In the meantime

Our Accessibility Statement is current, and is honest about what we know and do not yet know. It claims no conformance level, sets out the issues we have found, and explains how to get anything from us in British Sign Language or another format at no cost, and how to tell us about a problem.
