Notes

This is a DRAFT ACR for internal sign-off. The conformance position set out in this ACR is based on internal self-assessment as at 29 April 2026. An independent WCAG 2.2 AA audit and formal assistive technology testing are scheduled to complete by 31 May 2026. This ACR will be reissued at that point.

Evaluation Methods Used

Internal self-assessment using axe-core, Lighthouse and Wave automated scans; manual code review against WCAG 2.2; informal manual checks. Formal assistive technology testing (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack), keyboard-only walkthroughs, 200% / 400% zoom and reflow testing are planned and have not yet been completed.

Applicable Standards / Guidelines

WCAG 2.2 Level A and Level AA (W3C Recommendation, October 2023). The conformance position set out in this ACR is also intended to support customer obligations under the UK Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018, EN 301 549 V3.2.1, and Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act.

Notes on scope and methodology

The conformance position set out in this report covers all in-scope services listed in the header above. Where a criterion has differing conformance positions across services, the lowest applicable conformance position is recorded and the difference is set out in the Remarks column.

Mobile applications (iOS and Android) have not yet been formally evaluated against any WCAG 2.2 success criterion. Mobile-specific findings will be added once the audit completes on 31 May 2026.

Third-party content (for example, payment processors, video conferencing tools, mapping providers and analytics) is excluded from the scope of this ACR. Conformance for third-party content is the responsibility of the relevant supplier; we link to suppliers' accessibility statements where available.

Success criterion 4.1.1 Parsing was removed from WCAG 2.2 as a normative requirement. It is included in the table below for transparency and is marked Not Applicable.
