Annex J — Pricing and Loyalty Schedule

InSignLanguage Ltd · Document code ISL-LEG-F-J · Annex to the Client Terms (ISL-LEG-B01) and Interpreter Supplier Terms (ISL-LEG-C01) · Governing law: England & Wales

Version 0.2 — DRAFT for counsel sign-off. Commercial figures set by InSignLanguage on 21/07/2026. Not yet binding.

J1. The three fees

Term

Meaning

Service Fee

The gross amount InSignLanguage charges the Client for a booking.

Interpreter Fee

The amount InSignLanguage pays the Interpreter, derived from the rate the Interpreter declared. The Interpreter sets this rate.

Platform Fee

The difference between the Service Fee and the Interpreter Fee, retained by InSignLanguage for winning the client, matching, briefing, quality assurance, payment handling and the Marketplace itself. Subject to the Loyalty Reduction.

J2. The Loyalty Reduction

When a Client and an Interpreter have completed 10 bookings together through the Marketplace, the published Loyalty Reduction applies to the Platform Fee on their subsequent bookings together. The reduction is 15% of the Platform Fee, applied automatically — no claim needed. Loyalty status is per Client–Interpreter pairing and is visible to both.

Bookings completed through InSignLanguage before this schedule's effective date count toward the 10-booking threshold, so established pairings start with their history recognised.

J3. Why this exists

The Loyalty Reduction makes staying on the Marketplace the rational choice for an established pairing: the longer a Client and Interpreter work together through InSignLanguage, the cheaper the platform becomes — while both keep everything the platform provides: cover when the Interpreter is unavailable, prepared bookings, records for Access to Work evidence, payment handling and quality assurance. It is an incentive, not a restraint, and it sits alongside the Introduction Fee in Annex G as the carrot to that schedule's price: one rewards staying, the other prices leaving. Neither forbids anything.

J4. First refusal, properly understood

Where InSignLanguage offers an established pairing first refusal of new bookings, that is first refusal on bookings the Interpreter chooses to accept. The Interpreter remains free to decline any booking, and InSignLanguage does not allocate or direct anyone's work.

J5. Review

The Loyalty Reduction percentage and any pricing in this schedule are reviewed annually and republished. The version in force at a booking governs that booking.
