The sub-processors we use to deliver our services, and where your data goes.

This register lists the sub-processors we use to deliver our services. It supports our Data Processing Agreement §9 and our Privacy Notice. We give at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor, so you can object on reasonable data protection grounds.

Every sub-processor is engaged under written terms imposing obligations no less protective than ours, and we remain fully liable to you for their performance.

Where data is processed

Our core records are held in the United Kingdom — our Dataverse environment is UK-region. Some of the measurement and advertising providers above transfer data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, supported by a transfer risk assessment.

Note for review: the processing location and transfer mechanism for each measurement and advertising provider still need confirming individually before this register is published. The list of providers is accurate as at 22 July 2026.
