Job Description
Become part of the team at Achieve together and help us maintain safe, welcoming and high-quality environments for the people we support.
Key Responsibilities
Support the people we support to maintain clean, safe and welcoming home environments.
Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection guidelines.
Contribute to effective communication with the people we support, relatives and staff.
Work within Health & Safety policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Requirements
A reliable, flexible and caring approach.
This role will require a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
