Job Description
Are you an experienced Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or Deputy Manager looking for your next career adventure? This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on support work, working alongside the Home Manager to lead and develop the team.
Key Responsibilities
Providing leadership as part of the management team.
Developing support plans and conducting risk assessments.
Planning rotas and recruiting team members.
Supporting team member development.
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all the people we support.
Motivating the team with engaging activities for the people we support.
Requirements
We are looking for individuals with a passion for making a positive impact, an appetite for learning and a genuine desire to improve people's lives.
Experience as a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or Deputy Manager is preferred, but a willingness to develop is just as valued.
This role will require a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
