Job Description
Are you an experienced Manager looking for your next career adventure? We are seeking a dedicated Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and full regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the service meets the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and CQC/CIW Fundamental Standards.
Maintain high-quality, person-centred service delivery.
Ensure good communication with all stakeholders.
Effectively manage and develop the staff team.
Implement Quality Assurance policy standards.
Carry out administrative tasks and manage budgets and finances.
Train and develop staff.
Requirements
Ability to lead and motivate a staff team, delegate tasks and manage competing priorities.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.
Proven experience as a Care Manager, Service Manager, Deputy Manager or Registered Manager.
Relevant qualifications in health and social care.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Must either hold a Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care or be willing to complete this.
