Up to £14.50 per hour, plus £1.00 per hour for every hour worked beyond 44 hours a week. Paid by block call, not by the minute.
£250 incentive at BSL Level 2 or above — £100 on your first payslip and £150 at three months — for those working 20 hours a week or more.
About us
One to One Support Services is a specialist staffing and support provider based in north Derbyshire, established in 2006. They support Deaf people, people with sensory impairments, children, families and vulnerable adults across communication, children and families, disability, elderly care, training and consultancy, and supply staff.
They also run their own training academy and are a Signature recognised centre delivering British Sign Language and sensory impairment courses.

Job Description
Support people with a range of needs in their own homes and in the community around Doncaster, helping them access learning and leisure opportunities and live as independently as possible. You choose your preferred shifts and weekly hours, from bank work up to 40 hours.
Key Responsibilities
Providing a customised, responsive and high quality service to people with a variety of support needs
Supporting people within their own homes and in the community
Enabling access to learning and leisure opportunities
Empowering the people you support to live as independently as possible
Keeping accurate records and contributing to reviews and team meetings
Requirements
Essential: British Sign Language at Level 1 as a minimum, or working towards it. BSL skills are required for this role.
A £250 incentive is available to candidates holding BSL Level 2 or above.
Desirable: a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Non-drivers are welcome.
This role requires a full DBS check, two references and confirmation of your right to work in the UK.
