Terms and Conditions
Service Description
The VRS service enables Deaf users to communicate with hearing individuals via a qualified interpreter using video relay technology. The service is accessible during the specified hours and is subject to the monthly minute allocation.
Usage Terms
Minutes are allocated monthly and do not roll over.
Usage beyond the monthly allocation will be charged at the agreed partner rate per minute.
Appointments must be scheduled in advance via the Insign Language platform.
Interpreter availability is subject to scheduling and demand.
Payment Terms
Invoicing will occur monthly in advance.
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.
VAT is applicable as per UK regulations.
Termination and Renewal
The contract is valid for 12 months from the start date.
Early termination may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the remaining contract value.
Renewal terms will be discussed 30 days prior to contract end.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
All communications facilitated via VRS are confidential.
The partner organisation agrees to comply with GDPR and all applicable data protection laws.
Support and Escalation
Technical support is available during service hours.
Escalation procedures are outlined in the partner onboarding documentation.
