New Paid Work Opportunity for the Newham Community
If you live in Newham and are currently unemployed, the Trailblazer Programme offers a supportive route into paid work.
Delivered with Dialogue Hub, this opportunity provides paid barista work experience and employment in an inclusive workplace designed for Deaf and Hard of Hearing people.
Participants can build skills, confidence, and real work experience, with communication support available through BSL, visual systems, written communication, and interpreting when needed.
The programme is open to Newham residents who are unemployed and is exclusive to members of the in Sign Language Career Network, which offers tailored employment support and guidance, including help with Access to Work.
